When looking at changing your door there are many things to consider from style to colour, security and budget. We use Liniar for our UPVC doors and Door Co. and Solidor for our Composite doors.
Liniar are our chosen profile of choice for all of our uPVC products, the multi-chamber profiles offer energy efficiency and strength to the product. UPVC doors are at the lower end of the pricing scale but still offering multipoint locking and various design options.
There are many colour foils to choose from and if a certain RAL colour is requested they can be sprayed to suit.
Most UPVC doors we fit are either fully glazed, a mid-rail with either glazing top/bottom or glazing top/ panel bottom, or you can choose a full-size panel which has different styles and letterboxes.
We supply and fit two brands of composite doors as this gives everyone’s budget an option. Door Co. composite doors are our lower-priced doors and Solidor are too the higher end of the pricing range. The main difference being the material of the door slab. Door co. offer a foam-filled slab and Soidor a solid wood core slab.
Both suppliers offer a vast range of designs from Traditional to Cottage or contemporary. Usually incorporating different choices of Hardware and Glazing options to complement each style of door. Add to this the huge range of colours and there are endless options.
All our doors offer multipoint locking as standard. Our Composite doors are Secured by design which is a police security initiative that works to improve the security of buildings. We also use Ultion Anti-snap key barrels which offer a £1000 guarantee if you were to be burgled. Their locks are individually coded to the keys. The extra added security is in which door you choose, weakest to strongest in the following order: Upvc door, Door Co. foam filled and Solidor solid wood core doors.
